The HPF paper band filter from our MMF series is a proven standard in our filters. Its optimized design enables the filtration of cooling lubricants of all cutting processes with a high filter fineness. The operating principle of the deep bed filter is based on hydrostatic pressure, which acts on the liquid on the filter paper and thus allows increased throughput and improved filtration with less space and paper consumption. The HPF is easy to handle and offers the possibility of pre-depositing ferromagnetic chips, for example, by means of a magnetic pre-separator.

Contaminated cutting fluid enters from top of the filter into the inlet diverter.
Hydrostatic pressure forces the dirty coolant through the Filter Media and into the clean tank. With this, a filter cake will be formed on the paper media
Media Carrier Belt reliably removes contaminated filter paper from the unit into a collecting container.
